The Story of UR Work
UR Work is a next-generation workforce management platform designed to help companies manage their employee teams' operations in a more efficient, organized, and transparent way.
The idea for UR Work emerged in 2023 from the challenges companies face in their daily operations. We observed that companies were managing their shift planning, staff tracking, vehicle management, and operational processes mostly through Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and disconnected systems. Manual tracking of vehicle maintenance, inspection, documentation, and operational tasks made these processes even more complex.
This fragmented structure led to errors, lost time, unnecessary costs, and communication problems. From 2023 onwards, through conversations with companies from different industries, feedback, and field experience, UR Work was continuously developed and refined.
By the end of 2025, as a result of all this accumulated knowledge, the UR Work platform was officially launched.
