Shift Location

Assign a specific work point to any shift — separate from the branch address. Employees see exactly where they need to be, and the coordinate is recorded when they clock in.

Each shift can have its own named location with an address and GPS coordinates (lat/lng).

Completely optional — shifts without a location assigned work exactly the same way.

Set once on a shift template and every shift created from it inherits the location automatically.

When clocking in or out, the shift location is passed to the attendance record so the distance from that point is logged — no blocking, just visibility.

Location rules (max distance, block / notify mode) are set at the branch level, not the shift location. The shift location is for reference and attendance logging only.
